Price List — Operational Services

Prices applicable to the individual operational services provided by the Operator (Via Globe Unip Lda — TimelyStay) under the tourist-exploitation assignment contracts.

In force since 19 December 2017, with periodic updates to add new services and moderate inflationary adjustments. Base prices have been kept below market rates for equivalent services throughout the life of this table.
This table constitutes a permanent price offer, its acceptance being operated by the mere request or authorization (express or tacit) of any service listed herein, pursuant to clause 7 (xv) of the contract and article 230 of the Civil Code.

Maintenance, drain unblocking and deep cleaning

Ozone treatment for odour removal (tobacco, animals, mildew) Details Ozone treatment of the property for removal of persistent odours (tobacco, pets, residual mildew, food, urine). Includes: call-out, own ozone equipment, complete treatment cycle (4 to 6 hours), subsequent ventilation and effectiveness check. Door opening, locksmith and locks

Legal note. This table may be updated by the Operator, with effect on services provided after publication of the new version. The Owner is bound by the version in force on the date of the request or authorization of the service, regardless of the channel through which the request is made. The prices of materials and external services passed through to the current account follow the regime of clause 7 (xiii) (effective supplier prices on the date of intervention). For operational emergency services, the regime of clause 7 (xiv) applies. For tax purposes, all amounts are documented by an invoice subject to VAT.

The Portuguese version of this table prevails over any translation. Translations are provided for ease of reading only.
